Crash report which didn't make it

Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.5.5) 
OS:                Linux

I am unable to submit any crash reports using Crash Reporting Assistant!

Upon submission it reports:
"Error sending crash report: /Unknown error./

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Crash something (e.g. KDE base, Plasma workspace, etc., etc.)

Actual Results:  
Am able to use crash reporting assistant fully, including generating back trace, save file, (see attached) but receive the above error when submitting

Expected Results:  
Able to submitt
