Description osaka85+kde 2011-01-29 19:28:57 UTC
Version: 4.6 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

When enabling my second monitor via nvidia settings (and setting the new one to primary), the System Tray will disappear, or is hidden (due to smaller resolution?). The panel will show correctly other than this lack of system tray.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
On nvidia settings, X Server Dispaly Configuration option:
have second monitor selected (should say disabled). Set for twinview mode.
Select option "Make this the primary display for hte X screen".
Apply.

Actual Results:
KDE panel will change to second monitor as intended. However system tray will not appear. Unsure if this is due to lack of screen space or if it does not actually show up. Either way, perhaps if it could find the right border of the new screen and line up, if this is just a lack of space issue.

Expected Results:
KDE panel (and Desktop, widgets, etc.) should move to new monitor, along with the system tray showing up on the bottom panel (this is the only part that seems not to work).
