Description pe_pi 2011-01-29 13:20:10 UTC
Version: 0.1
OS: Linux

Hi Guys,

Just played KBounce and noticed that balls are escaping from the place where they are. I had one ball within four square and suddenly it escaped from there and join into other a bigger area.

Also I had one ball in two squares, and that two square get lost as well the ball also.

Both of these happened when I was cleaning the latest ball area (I had three balls all together).

Reproducible: Didn't try

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35.10-74.fc14.x86_64
Compiler: gcc

I'm on kubuntu 10.04 LTR and KBounce 0.10 and am having the same problem. The balls will sometimes bounce right through the walls. Some of them will just bounce outside of the visible area and usually not return.

Seems to happen most frequently when you've got the ball trapped in a 2x2 or smaller area.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Balls pass through walls sometimes entering adjacent areas, sometimes entering solid areas and leaving the game board. One time the ball returned to the board after a few seconds. In KDE 3.x this was a rare occurrence and, when it happened, the game crashed most of the time. With KDE 4.8.4 this happens far more frequently but the mitigating factor is that the game usually doesn't crash (but it sure fouls up strategy!).
