Description neoCore 2011-01-29 12:29:59 UTC
Application: choqok (1.0.1)
KDE Platform Version: 4.6.00 (4.6.0)
Qt Version: 4.7.1
Operating System: Linux 2.6.37-8-default x86_64
Distribution: "openSUSE 11.3 (x86_64)"

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I just started choqok and wrote my password for Kwallet. Choqok loaded the timeline (it shows them for a moment) and crashed.
I'm not sure if this is important, but it was while KDE SC 4.6 was starting.

Application: choqok (1.0)
KDE Platform Version: 4.6.00 (4.6.0)
Qt Version: 4.7.0
Operating System: Linux 2.6.35-25-generic i686
Distribution: Ubuntu 10.10

This happens while starting Choqok. The program starts, downloads the messages and after a few seconds, it crashes. I have the plugin that shows previews of media set to enabled. Could this be a problem with loading a preview?

Since I upgraded to v. 1.0, I have had crashes every day. These crashes did not happen in the previous version.

The package was installed from ferramroberto ppa.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Comment 3 Oceanwatcher 2011-02-01 16:06:57 UTC
During the loading of messages, I was able to go to the configuration and turn
off the extension that allows preview of images. But Choqok still crashed.

Next time, I turned off the extension that preview videos and now Choqok does not
crash. I would recommend that everyone try it.

The base crash reported in this thread doesn't seem related to bug 264658

And yes, You are right Dario, This is a bug in libAttica!
