I'm using BasKet Note Pads for many years. But alt-up alt-down keys do not work for me. I compiled old version (1.0) - and they were working fine, but since I've installed Mandriva 2010.2 and BasKet version 1.8 - they do not work again. May be it is my local problem, but it is kept from version to version since Mandriva 2009.0 and I would like to get it sorted out for ages.

I'm using Gnome 2.30 and CompizeFusion. I've added BasKet and all related KDE libs (more than 100) to get it workable.

How can I get alt-up and alt-down keys working? What should I do to fix this issue?

Steps to Reproduce:
start BasKet - alt-up and alt-down keys does not work.



the same problem with Mandriva 2009.0, 2009.1, 2010.0, 2010.1, 2010.2.

I would spend all my spare time to get it fixed.
