You seem to be trying to extract a RAR archive using unrar-free. This crash has been fixed in later versions, so please consider updating your KDE SC version. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 243273 ***

The Kubuntu team usually provides up-to-date KDE packages -- your problem might be related to the fact that you're not using the latest Ubuntu release. As I don't use (K)Ubuntu, I can't help much with this.
