Description Nick Elliott 2011-01-23 13:46:30 UTC
Application: kontact (4.4.9)
KDE Platform Version: 4.5.5 (KDE 4.5.5)
Qt Version: 4.7.0
Operating System: Linux 2.6.35-24-generic x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu 10.10

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I was setting up some a new Gmail account in Kontact, after entering all the details (IMAP and SMTP) I clicked 'Apply' and Kontact crashed.

This is not the first Gmail account I have added. Last time I did not see a crash but I suspect this was with an earlier version of KDE.

Since the new acc wizard does not properly asks for the ports, I had to edit
