Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Import some certificates.

First a root cert.
Then a ca cert under the root.



Actual Results:  
The import of the second cert failed with "BER error"

Expected Results:  
Should import the cert.

I could import a CA cert (demoCA) and a user cert signed by that CA. Is this reproducible?  Can you supply these certs?  Does this only happen under Windows CE?
