pacakged gpg binaries are still the same from 17.12.2010 so nothing changed in that regard. On the test device is \Programme\Kontact-Mobile\bin\gpg.exe the exact path to the gpg executable and the executable is there and can be executed
I can not reproduce this. At startup, no failures are reported (selftest disabled at startup?), and when started from the menu, I only get expected failures calling gpgconf (which would require pipes to work between the KDE and GnuPG stack).

I am less interested in the self-test if kleopatra itself works. (This issue is about the self test and the result of the test should be examined.)
Tests that failed could not work on WinCE and did not make sense according to marcus so they are skipped now. General self test is still running but those 5 tests that were always failed are skipped.
