I synced (to be sure again today), but the seen flags are not synced up. So in my other client (Kontact Desktop) the emails are still unread. Expectation: They should be read. INBOX: takes sync options from account Account: no offline mode; no intervall check This should stay keyword komo3 at least until we have tried to reproduce on the HTC Touch Pro2.
Hej Bernhard, is this reproducible? It works fine for me here. I have kmail-mobile running on the desktop and N900, both configured on the same account. When a new mail arrives in the inbox, both kmail-mobile instances show the mail as unread. If I view the mail on the desktop, it is marked as unread in the desktop instance. After a synchronization of the account on the desktop and on N900, the mail is marked as read on the N900 as well. Ciao, Tobias
n900 version 20110106 works fine here. Test: Req: two unread mails in a folder. 1. Select the Folder. 2. Select both mails. 3. Sync. Post: Both mails are viewed as read after sync of the desktop Kontact.
Ideally I would have liked a test with the CE device using the same sync options as in my report.
I can verify that flags are also synced from a CE device when an explicit sync is triggered (no intervall sync) Checked that e35 Kontact on desktop showed the correct Flag. So i verify this as worksforme.
