Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.5.4) 
OS:                MS Windows

I've installed KDE on Windows 7 X86 with the kde installer. I tick all the box on the setup.

When I run dolphin, I ve got the message "Colud not start process. Could not talk to klauncher" and Dolphin crash

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run dolphin.exe and see 



Windows 7 X86 - KDE 4.5.4

I failed to reproduce the problem using KDE SC 4.7 on Windows XP.
