[Comment from a bug triager]
Comment 1 is an OpenSuse+Strigi bug: bug 257944.
The originally reported crash could be related or not (also using OpenSuse...)

dolphin (1.6) on KDE Platform 4.5.95 (4.6 RC2) using Qt 4.7.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed: Just closing Dolphin window after browsing files.

- Unusual behavior I noticed: Nothing unusual until quitting Dolphin. App works just fine, only sometimes crashes when closed. have no clue what makes it crash or not, tried browsing more folders, but crash is not at every time.

- Custom settings of the application: "Places" and "Information" panels; graphic and video files previews enabled; running Akonadi service.
