Description Iñaki Baz Castillo 2011-01-06 16:26:52 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.1)
OS: Linux

My Unix user has a password containing "ñ". When I open the Kubuntu System Settings and select "Users Management" a dialog appears asking me for my password (sudo):

  /usr/bin/kcmshell4 userconfig --lang es

I enter my password and it fails. However it works ok in case my password doesn't contain "ñ" (but just "normal" ASCII number/letters).

Reproducible: Always
