Part of messages in the Properties dialog flickering when you click in Refresh button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Right click on any folder;
2 - Choose Properties;
3 - Click in Refresh.

Actual Results:  
The text below the "Location:" message flicks when you Refresh repeatedly.

Expected Results:  
The text below the "Location:" message the text does not need flicks., just adjust the messages

To fix this simply adjust the location where messages are displayed.

That's the size field. It flickers because it's being updated.
