Version:           2.0.89 (using KDE 4.5.90) 
OS:                Linux

In the configure dialog on the Accounts tab there is a list of accounts. If this list is scrollable, when scrolled the drop-down menu of the buttons on the right is shown at the position where the entry was before scrolling.

Reproducible: Always
