If you improved the look and functionality of the taskbar, it would make me much happier, if not anyone else.

Basically, if you cause the window previews to move along the line that the test image does, and place a start-mednu or kicker in the middle of the left circle, I think it would look better than what you currently have.

Thank you for the idea, and the sample code.

The taskbar widget has to stay simple and act like a taskbar.  It's what users expect.
Traditional is not always bad.

For new novel ideas such as having a wobbly line, it would be best to implement them as new plasmoids.
