Description Russ Fineman 2010-12-29 21:37:41 UTC
Version: 0.11.2 (using KDE 4.5.4)
OS: Linux

openSUSE 11.3 (2.6.34.7-0.5-default)
Created PDF form, with tech tip for each field, with Scribus 1.3.9, Okular 0.11.2, Ghostscript 8.7.0 and Qt 4.6.3.

When PDF is opened in Okular, and mouse is moved over field the help tip does not show. (ex: Have field called Name:. Tip in pdf options when created is:"Please enter full name". Doen not appear in Okular but does appear in Adobe Reader (9.4.1).

have not tried another PDF form created somewhere else as I do not have one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create adobe PDF in Scribus, be sure tip is placed for field under PDF Options
2. Export as PDF
3. open form in okular and adobe reader.
4. click show forms, each field in the attached form has a tip.
4. put mouse over field, look for help message

Actual Results:
No help shows under okular.

Expected Results:
expect to see help tip, each field has one including check boxes.

See attached form.

Where can I post a PDf Document since your system will not?

Thanks

Might as well close this bug. It was filed in 2010. I have long since moved to openSUSE 12.1 and 12.2. and KDE 4.8.4, Okular 0.14.3. have not experienced this problem lately. Will open new report if this does occur.

Thanks
