Description Alec 2010-12-28 20:05:22 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.6)
OS: Linux

Although the Action Item column can be added and moved to be the first (leftmost) column in the message list, this position will be lost upon closing and reopening kmail... Once, kmail is reopened the Action Item column will always appear as the last (rightmost) column.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
add Action Item column
drag n' drop column header to the first position
close kmail
reopen kmail

Actual Results:
Action Item column was reordered to appear last instead of first

Expected Results:
column order should be saved for all column types upon exiting kmail

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
