Steps to Reproduce:
Open calendar mobile. LDAP search. Configure LDAP server.


Actual Results:  
configure LDAP server dialog is empty/white.

Expected Results:  
It should be possible to configure different ldap servers.

The config button has been removed, because there is another place, where you can configure the ldap settings.

button is removed.
The LDAP server can be configured in the configuration dialog.
