Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.4) OS: Linux The World clock plasmoid attempts to show the location of the point whose time is show as a highlight but for points left of the International Date Line on the display, they do not appear. It appears that it is attempting to display them off to the right as at my selected location (107 degrees W) the highlight for Davis Base (Antarctica) shows in the right margin not near the left edge. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1: Start up the world clock plasmoid 2: Set the centre of the view to 107 degrees W 3: Move the mouse over a location in Australia (or Eastern Russia) 4: Move the mouse to the far left end of the antarctic coast Actual Results: Step 3, shows the correct time but no indicator of the location Step 4, shows the time, but the location indicator is just off the right edge of the map (in the margin of the plasmoid). Expected Results: The locators should be in the correct place.

Thanks for the report. Sadly it seems to never have been solved? The Plasma worldclock widget has been rewritten now in QML for Plasma5 (and lacking some of the old features still, especially timezones). The old code is no longer maintained, so closing this now. Please try the new widget and report any issues or features you would like to see (re-)implemented.
