In other applications it is possible to close tabs with a click of the middle mouse button. Alas not in kmail. In kmail I either have to navigate to the tab close button at the right side of the window or right click onto the tab and choose to close it. Using the middle mouse button would be much more convenient - and consistent compared to the behaviour of other applications.
