The profile section of the KDE printer definition dialog displays the usual pagesizes (ISO A4, .. letter...), but not the ones defined in the ppdf file. I do not know where the testpage is coming from but IMHO it should be created dynamically on the fly using the ppd parameters to fit on the paper. the test page should give a positive feedback and not scrambled letters.... AFAIK, these should be defined using 72dpi; if I take the size 101x54 mm, this gives a size of 283x153, but you use 1191x638. No we don't look at info from ppd files closing as invalid as it's not solved but rather just answered.
