For the message list this is fixed in a resent commit. There seems to be an issue left with the collection (folder) list.

I can confirm the behavior still persists in kmail2 2.0.89 in kde 4.5.95, Archlinux here. It is not a matter of 'Any status', happens with 'Unread' as well. Imap accounts. I am unable to mark mail as read in any way: -mark message as read -mark all as read -double click and opening the mail in a new window ..none works here. I hope we can figure this out, kmail2 is very buggy for me. Thanks, mark
