Version: 2.14 (using KDE 4.4.4) OS: Linux Ark deletes the temporary file after handing it to the plug-in. The MPlayer plug-in refuses to work in such a setting. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Tell Ark to open the album "Once Nomadic" [1]. 2. Tell Ark to preview the file kahvi297a_speaK-I_love_it_here.ogg 3. Tell the plug-in to copy the URL. Examine the URL. Actual Results: 2. The MPlayer plug-in loads into the Ark preview window but it is unable to load the music. 3. The file [2] does not exist. Expected Results: 2. The MPlayer plug-in should be able to play the music all right. OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34.7-0.5-desktop Compiler: gcc ___ [1] <URL: ftp://ftp.scene.org/pub/music/groups/kahvicollective/kahvi297_speak-once_nomadic_(ogg).zip > [2] /tmp/kde-krzysztof/arkSrkmv7//kahvi297a_speaK-I_love_it_here.ogg
And neither does it work with KHTMLPart for viewing archived manual pages (file.1). Or rather sometimes it does, sometimes it does not (it looks like a race condition).
