Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.85) OS: Linux Even not working when 'next desktop background' button is clicked. But from the other side, picture changes after reboot. Greets Reproducible: Always
Hi, I can confirm this on 4.6 Beta1 and 4.6 Beta2. There is nothing in .session-errors. The Wallpaper slideshow is set to 30 minutes. And worst, I'm not able to select wallpaper image in the simple image mode (in Beta1 currently). Images are show, but click on image does not select it.
Same here. The slideshow does not change images when there are custom paths added. When there are no custom paths it works (it changes the system default images), and also right click on the desktop and selecting 'next wallpaper image' changes the image. Once I add a directory name to the list it chooses one picture from that directory and displays it all the time. It does not change automatically, and the 'next wallpaper image' doesn't do anything. It doesn't matter if 'downloaded wallpapers' or 'system wallpapers' are selected or not, when there is a custom directory the slideshow doesn't work.
Forgot to mention - I am using 4.6 Beta2

Confirmed, I'll look into it in the next days.
Also if you check My Downloaded Wallpapers and have none and have no folder in the field then the screen is black. It should always fall back to Default Wallpaper. Not sure how it should work. This was changed from 4.5 because of a wish http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25336
