This happens frequently, but seldom if I simply open and exit dolphin quickly. Any Dolphin window sitting on the desktop for more than 10 minutes seems to crash on exit. I have some samba shares mapped to the places panel, but was not using or surfing those shares. KDE4 4.6 beta2 from Opensuse.
