Can you try with a newer version of kipi-plugins and tell if this is still valid ?
I tried but nothing has changed
kipi-plugins 2.2.0 is out since few weeks. Crash still valid with this version ? Gilles Caulier
I'm able to make it create and view the slideshow in full screen mode. However, I should be able to select the albums from inside the Advanced Slide Show dialog. So this bug has been fixed as of kipi-plugins 2.3.0
