i have attached a screenshot of the problem

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.4)
OS: Linux

i tried to adjust the clock time. I right clicked the clock on the taskbar clicked 'adjust date and time', changed time and clicked apply and ok. but the clock in the taskbar did not change the time. i took mouse pointer on the clock and a small window appeared and showed local time 3:10(corrected time), but the clock time in the taskbar was still showing worng time 3:18. After at least 30 seconds i noticed that the clock time has changed.
There is considerable time delay which is not desirable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
after that happened i again tried to set the clock at different time. i adjusted the time clicked apply and ok. Still the time did not changed instantly.

Actual Results:
Again there was 20 to 30 seconds time dealy.

Expected Results:
The clock time should have changed instantly when i clicked apply.
