often, when choosing smime in the new cert dialogue, kleo crashes immediately.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Fixed with the use of dlmalloc.

tested windows CE 2011-01-16 git-4d1bc61
I tested to choose smime in new cert dialog three times without crash.
