when printing the pdf attached document the printed page shows shadow characters, but also other pieces of information making result close to unreadable though on screen it is perfect ; I have no control on source as it is sent to me by an english professor that also sent the same document by e-mail to other students ; this has happened before and I have seen what they have printed with very likely Windows : it is neat ; for this particular case the document is attached.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
print attached document

Actual Results:
blurred copy

Expected Results:
neat print as produced by Windows

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-23-generic
Compiler: cc

Please provide a photo of the printed page, as "try to print" does not work if you don't have a printer.

Also, please do specify which version of the poppler library you have.
