Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.4.5) 
OS:                FreeBSD

After new install (by new BSD user :) tried to send a duplicate of bug 246528
KDE Platform Version: 4.4.5 (KDE 4.4.5)
Operating System: FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE amd64

Since its old KDE maybe just need to upgrade :)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Every time i hit retry button

Actual Results:  
PC-BSD install on AMD phenom II - 4 drives with ZFS for /home

Expected Results:  
KDE crash - setup new account - send report next day (failed to send)

This is 99% because you have disabled cookies in konqueror. You need to allow bugs.kde.org to set cookies. Can you confirm that this is the case?

(Btw, this has been fixed in 4.6)

yes it is due to having cookies disabled in konqueror.
cookies could not be enabled. 
this was just after install and maybe directory or something was missing...
After a few reboots and system upgrades, cookies enabled themselves and everything is fine.
