The menu indicator for the current chosen menu entry doesn't stop on View (in German Ansicht). The menu is chosen but the indicator is set to the next menu. This happens only in Calendar.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Calendar
2) Select an account or folder
3) Open actions flap
4) Click on view

Result: Menu indicator is not set to View menu

It's still valid for the latest wince snapshot.

Steps to reproduce:
1) select a calendar folder
2) open actions flap
3) click on folder (if it isn't selected already)
4) click on View

Menu indicator isn't set to View menu. It stays at Calendar.

Fix menu layout

Use unique name, otherwise the 'View' submenu won't be shown in the
Folder context.
