Version:           1.13.5 (using KDE 4.5.4) 
OS:                Linux

Apparently when copying messages from on message into one being edited whenyou have blank separation lines the copy and paste operation add one extra blank separation line for example between paragraphs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
copy a message where you have an extra blank line between paragraphs.

Actual Results:  
extra blank separation line added for example between paragraphs.

Expected Results:  
message pasted as original

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-23-generic

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
