Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.80) OS: Linux In few programs menubar rise for second and gone (dolphin since KDE 4.6 beta 1). In other programs (Digikam) empty menubar stays. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hide menubar (dolphin, gwenview or etc) 2. Edit toolbar (add/delete/change something) 3. Click ok to finish edit. Actual Results: Menubar rise without menu itself. Expected Results: Menubar not rise.

Dolphin 14.12.95 Using KDE Frameworks 5.7.0 After step 3 empty menubar rise but hides after half second. Look like empy menubar jump out of nowhere and when hides.
