Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create tags in nepomuk.
2. In gwenview open tags bar.
3. Click on tag to show related images.
4. Open recent folders tab.

Actual Results:  
Opened tag show as nepomuk:/"sequence_of_numbers_and_letter"

Expected Results:  
Opened tag show as name.

Testing with Gwenview 17.12.0 on KDE Frameworks 5.41, this works correctly, i.e. it shows tags:/anExampleTag/ as expected.
