Description Gael Beaudoin 2010-11-30 16:06:31 UTC
Version:           2.0 beta1 (using KDE 4.5.80)
OS:                Linux

When a thread is collapsed, deleting it does not delete all the messages belonging to the thread.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
 * select a discussion thread, with at least to messages obviously
 * delete it

Actual Results:
Only the first/topmost message is deleted

Expected Results:
All messages of the thread should be deleted.

You can delete the thread using Ctrl + delete, though. But I think you are right and deleting the top-most message on a collapsed thread should delete the thread and not only the top-most message.

This is a regression against KMail 1. I always used to collapse a thread and then delete it all in one shot, but doing that now only deletes the first message in the thread.
