It seems that the old behavior from KDE 2.0 beta x is back that the size of the font used for printing depends on the window size. If you resize the window of KMail to a smaller size then you get bigger fonts on the paper. Same behavior with Konqueror. Sorry but this is 100% a khtml issue and I don't know why this has been changed. Regards Michael Häckel
