Declination and Right Ascension of all celestial bodies seems to be erroneous, i've done a research about it on nasa site. Here's the difference:

I just checked most the planets and Ceres and all results agree with other sources. Maybe this was a bug in older version of KStars. Please reopen if you still experience this issue.
