None of my skype contacts has avatars in kopete. I can not see avatars in contact detail (vCard?) either. If it is possible, please add support to download contact avatars from skype and use them in roster, chat, multi-chat window.

Only Windows Skype clients have support for manipulating with avatars.

Bug in Linux Skype client was already reported, see: https://jira.skype.com/browse/SCL-484

Without support for GET/SET AVATAR in Linux client it is not possible to implement this in Kopete. Ask in Skype for support.

At this moment it is not possible to implement in Kopete. Closing as invalid. Reopen when bug reported on Skype JIRA will be fixed.
