Description Andreas Karrenbauer 2010-11-26 16:39:49 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.80)
OS: Linux

In the field to select month, day, or week, the week numbers (i.e. 43-48 for November 2010) are not updated properly when one switches the months back and forth. In fact, they become completely one of sync after a random sequence of (back*forth*)*.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to the next month
2. Switch back

Actual Results:
week numbers of next month remain

Expected Results:
actual week numbers

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34.7-0.5-default
Compiler: gcc

Comment from a bug triager: I cannot reproduce, can you please attach a screenshot?
The week numbers are all OK for me and stay OK even when I switch back and forth a lot of times.

Additionally: does it also happen with the Plasma CLock calendar?
Comment 3 Andreas Karrenbauer 2010-12-05 21:31:33 UTC
The week numbers in the attached screenshot are of December while the days of
November are displayed.

The plasma clock calendar seems to be fine.

Here it is. I didn't know that an e-mail attachment is not sufficient.
Comment 6 Anne-Marie Mahfouf 2010-12-06 03:10:54 UTC
There is probably something that triggers this. Does it happen with any calendar? I see you have Merged Calendars.
Comment 7 Sergio Martins 2010-12-06 08:59:45 UTC
I can't reproduce.
Comment 8 Denis Kurz 2016-09-24 18:42:11 UTC
This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of korganizer (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Comment 9 Denis Kurz 2017-01-07 21:50:02 UTC
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
