Description Kai Uwe Broulik 2010-11-25 17:54:17 UTC
Version: 1.4.0 (using KDE 4.5.3)
OS: Linux

If I am on a foto tour I save my images in a subfolder with date (since I am not yet used to nepomuk and automatic tagging and such and I don‘t trust it).
The best fotos are moved to my final folder of pictures which will eventually be taken to my website.
Often I want just to dig through the whole folder and its subfolders looking for images I missed and stuff.
But then I have to look through all folders individually in the directory tree.
Windows Love Foto Gallery displays all images and those in subfolders of the current folder.
This would be a really really nice improvement.

Reproducible: Didn't try

What about that option in the view menu to show pictures in all subfolders?
Comment 2 Kai Uwe Broulik 2010-11-25 19:29:15 UTC
Of course an option but I want to browse in folder “Holidays” and have all pictures of Holidays displayed as well as “Day 1”, “Day 2”, etc. Maybe have them separated with a horizontal line (or like the grouping of files) but show them all!

Yes, of course. Select View->"Include Album Sub-Tree". You can also choose your categorization, flat list or grouped by (sub)album.
