Description christian chevalier 2010-11-25 16:38:41 UTC
Version:           1.13.3 (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS:                Linux

Recent address book evolution includes multi address books and requires naming each address book.
In kmail, matching an address with the address book contents does not work anymore since this evolution as it is not possible to specify which address book is implied in the match.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a filter :
Settings->Configure filters
From is not in address book
Filter actions=Move into a folder 'filtered'
Press OK
Send a email with the sender being in the address book.

Actual Results:
The received email is stored in 'filtered'

Expected Results:
The received email should be stored in 'Inbox'

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
