It's slightly darker.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new user
2. Login
3. Look in the color scheme settings

Actual Results:  
The color scheme is "Current". If you switch to "Default", it becomes slightly lighter.

Expected Results:  
The color scheme is "Default".
