As the summary says , im having problem with the default desktop panel when using smplayer to view a video or wine to play a game.
The issue is quite annoying , the only way to stop this is to kill plasma-desktop before opening smplayer or wine.
Im sure that this is happening with others apps too.
Please address this issue.

play a video with smplayer or open Starcraft 2 on WINE

Actual Results:  
KDE panel trying to stay on top

Expected Results:  
KDE panel stays below applications
