Version:           0.8.2 (using KDE 4.2.2) 
OS:                Linux

Okular crashes after searching the particular word in find (Cltl +F) and delete the letter by letter   

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open pdf document using okular
2. Press cltrl+f
3. search for word. (Ex apple )
4. Remove the letter by letter in "find bar" (Ex . appl ,app, ap ..)

Actual Results:  
Sometimes okular crashes 

Expected Results:  
Okular should find the word mentioned in find bar

I can't reproduce the crash you mentioned with KDS SC 4.5.3. 
- Can you confirm that you are using KDE SC 4.2.2 ? If that is correct, please consider upgrading to KDE SC 4.4.x at least (because 4.2.2 is really old by now)

Most probably this problem has been fixed for KDE 4.3.4 or KDE 4.4.0, so please update to a more recent version than KDE 4.2.2.
If after updating the problem persists, please reopen this bug.
