Currently it is not possible to set up what should be displayed in the chat tabs. I dislike the fact that contact status is there displayed as text. That is useless. I can already see contact status from his/her icon there. Please add an option to disable this. 

It would be also nice to have an option to disable the resource information for jabber contacts. Many people does not even know what resource is and they doesn't care. This will slightly improve user experience when using kopete.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
