Version:           4.4 (using KDE 4.4.4) 
OS:                MS Windows

When using 'get hot new stuff' (Get New Themes) Themes do not always download and/or install properly. Status remains uuninstalled in dialog, there is no error message, and download progress bar remains idle. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Using K Control Panel click on colours, get new schemes, install. 

Actual Results:  
no change in staus of theme package, progress bar remains idle. 

Expected Results:  
 Theme installs successfully. 

other 'get hot new stuff' services (icons) work.

In KDE 4.5.4,
GHNS seems to be working fine (well enough) in KDE 4.5.4 on windows.
