Version: unspecified (using Devel) OS: Linux A few seconds after an email has been successfully sent another copy of the email is send again automatically (as forwarded) for no reason and gets stuck in the outbox. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: - Launch Kmail-mobile - Click on your Local Folders outbox and check that there is no email stuck in it (if there are any delete them from Akonadi console - browser tab) - Click on 'Home' from folder view - Click on 'Write new Email' button - Fill in a subject (Email A), a recipient (your imap account) and a few words in the Composer text editor - Click on 'send' - A yellow pop up dialogue appears saying: 'E-mail successfully sent' - A few seconds later another yellow pop up dialogue appears saying the same thing - Go to your Local Folder sent-mail - You can see that the email you sent is correctly stored there and if you check your imap inbox you will see that the email has been properly received too. - Now go in your Local Folders outbox Actual Results: There is an unrequested 'Fwd: Email A' stuck in your outbox which was sent on its own (hence the second yellow pop up dialogue I think). Expected Results: There should not be any forwarded message stuck in the outbox after an email has been successfully sent and stored in the sent-mail folder. I found out why I had this bug: - I created a filter forwarding any emails sent to my imap inbox to my kde address this morning to test filters. - But I did not realized that I did not have any SMTP transport configured for my imap account I realized that none of my kde emails were sent properly while testing forwarding functionalities so David mentioned that I should configure my SMTP transport. Then I realized that my imap inbox emails were forwarded to my kde inbox so I remembered the filter I set and removed it. Since I configured SMTP transport no emails are stuck anymore in my outbox so I am closing this bug as it was not a real bug just a configuration pb. Sorry about that.
