Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.2) OS: Linux When you put the calculator widget on a panel and make the panel very large, the widget changes from an icon to a full calculator. However, the calculator does not change its aspect ratio as the panel get larger, resulting in extremely narrow buttons and display relative to the height. I've attached a screenshot to show what I mean. Reproducible: Didn't try

Can reproduce, not sure what the fix is, probably trivial (when yo know how to deal with size). Would you expect it to stay square?
I would say it should probably have proportions such that the numerical buttons are square.
Is this still reproducible for you?
Yes, on KDE SC 4.8.3

Created attachment 91794 [details] Works for me on plasmashell 5.2.2 Not reproducible for me on 5.2.2. On a small panel the calculator is just an icon and raises a popup. On a larger Panel it shows completely and keeps the correct aspect ratio.
Hello! This bug report was filed for KDE Plasma 4, which reached end-of-support status in August 2015. KDE Plasma 5's desktop shell has been almost completely rewritten for better performance and usability, so it is likely that this bug has already been resolved in Plasma 5. Accordingly, we hope you understand why we must close this bug report. If the issue described here is still present in KDE Plasma 5.12 or later, please feel free to open a new ticket in the "plasmashell" product after reading https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Bug_Reporting If you would like to get involved in KDE's bug triaging effort so that future mass bug closes like this are less likely, please read https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved#Bug_Triaging Thanks for your understanding!
