Seems libkdcraw in kdegraphics-4.5.x has some new symbols, but it didn't get a soname bump. :( I guess packagers are expected to manually add a minimal kdegraphics dependency then?
For posterity, I've added a minimal dependency on kdegraphics-libs for fedora's digikam packaging, to ensure that at least the version used at build-time is present at runtime.
